Attorney graduated from Universidad Externado de Colombia, with a specialization in Contracts and Business-Legal Relationships from the same University where he is currently finishing his Master’s Degree in Private Law, Persons and Society with an emphasis in Contemporary Contracting. He has been a professor of the Civil Law Department of the Law School of his Alma Mater for 20 years.

He has more than 22 years of professional experience, 17 of which were spent in the financial sector. He worked 15 of those years at Fiduciaria Scotiabank Colpatria S.A., and the last 10 as legal manager. He has participated in the legal structuring of financing and guarantee systems, and in defining legal defense strategies for the institutions in which he has worked.
